I love them. How can you not...? They are about as real as it gets and they do their thing. Much respect for Lemmy and the gang

Lemmy is great. Whenever they play Newcastle they stay and party for a couple of days, they love it here. Last tour they did, i got into the VIP party (the girl i went with had "skills" ) and ended up at Lemmy's table. The Newcastle Brown Ale did not stop flowing. next morning i woke up half deaf, fully hungover but it was all worth it.
i've got some pictures somewhere, i'll see if i can dig them out _________________
that sounds cool judas.
i saw them with matt sorum on drums and nashville pussy opened (and reverend horton heat also) and the nashville pussy guitarist was out at the bar drinking and partying with people. the pageant's kind of small. good place to see a good band. i can't believe i've never seen motorhead before.
i've got the stage fright DVD now and have been jamming along with it lol-- i just wish overnight sensation was on there. just cuz you got the power is though so that's a cool jam.

Lemmy Kilmister The Godfather of Heavy HEAVY Music "bar none" Check out Hawkwind I love knowticing the Ace of Spades T-SHIRT Lemmy is wearing Years B4 Motorhead ever was OFficial
yeah i've got the stone deaf forever box set. which is a great box set actually- alot of good music on it - 4 CD's (each from a different era with about 20 songs) and a bonus live CD- another 20 songs. i've always liked motorhead- just never saw them live. it really was the loudest concert i've ever seen LOL.
well except maybe for pantera in peoria a long time ago lol.
i've just really started to dig their style again. just straight rock and roll with a little punk influence. they make me want to keep trying to get in a band and jam. that's what it's all about right?

yes indeed...they keep it simple and fun and honest. Now a days, that is a rarity. I appreciate the fact they have never changed from their roots and make no apologies for who they are, what they do and so forth. A true, real rock and roll band. Very good stuff and certainly one of my favorites.

They're my "go-to" band for road trips, or, really, any time. _________________ www.myspace.com/lobo47

I saw Motorhead open for Alice in Chains and Ozzy in the 90's. Awesome concert, but Motorhead played about half an hour to 45 min. Hell yes their loud and they are great live.

Anyone ever read the book by Lemmy? I read most of it before Borders kicked me out for just lounging around. Didn't have the money to buy it and haven't seen it since.
What I did read were some awesome stories and some shit that just made me laugh like crazy. I could so see shit like that happening! _________________ Religion is always a delicate topic. Motorhead is more raw than a hooker on Monday and true to their music. _________________ "If you don't like me, that's okay, I'll get over it".

You talking about White Line Fever? I read that, there's some great stories in there, all told in Lemmy-speak which makes it even better! _________________ "The strangest thing I've tried to snort? My father. I snorted my father."
